Misdiagnosis is not always about incompetence — it is often about time. A busy clinician reviewing dozens of skin lesions, or a physician on their eightieth scan of the day, faces odds that no amount of training fully overcomes. Xorvia sits beside them at that moment, quietly checking every case with the same precision as the first one. We are not a replacement for the physician — we are the colleague who never gets tired.
Today, a patient's outcome still depends too heavily on where they happen to live. A leading dermatologist in Istanbul sees a lesion that a generalist in a rural clinic might miss — not because of skill, but because of access. Our mission is to close that gap, one analysis at a time, by making expert-level diagnostic AI available to every clinician with an internet connection.
We envision healthcare systems where AI acts as a constant, tireless co-pilot — not the pilot. Where a doctor in a small clinic has access to the same diagnostic intelligence as one in a major research hospital. Where catching a cancer early is a matter of clinical protocol, not postcode. We are building toward that world, one model at a time.
Radical Transparency
We publish our model confidence scores, limitations, and known failure modes openly. Doctors deserve to know exactly what they are working with — no black boxes, no fine print.
Patient First, Always
Every product decision is filtered through a single question: does this make the patient safer? Commercial pressures never override clinical safety at Xorvia.
Privacy by Architecture
We do not merely aim to comply with HIPAA — we architect around privacy. All images and data are processed in-memory. Nothing is stored after the analysis is delivered.
Speed as Respect
A physician's time is finite and precious. Fast inference is not a feature — it is our baseline commitment to every clinician who trusts Xorvia.
Scientific Rigour
All models are validated on independent holdout datasets before deployment. Every number we publish is reproducible. We chase accuracy, not press releases.
Xorvia was not born in a boardroom. It started with one person who saw a problem and decided to build the solution.
Tunahan Faruk watched preventable misdiagnoses happen due to overloaded clinicians and limited diagnostic tools available outside large hospital networks. Something had to be built.
The initial skin lesion classifier was trained and evaluated. Early results were promising but not yet clinical-grade. That early humility shaped an obsession with accuracy over speed-to-market.
Skin Lesion Classification, Skin Lesion Segmentation, Chest X-Ray Classification, Eye Fundus Classification, and an AI Diet Planner were brought together into a unified clinical workspace.
Five validated AI models. 95%+ accuracy. Active in Turkey. One founder, one clear mission — and a platform that is only just getting started.
Xorvia is the product of one founder wearing every hat — engineer, researcher, designer, and product lead. That is not a weakness. It is how great things start.
CEO · CTO · Chief AI Officer
Tunahan built Xorvia from the ground up — from the first model to the full clinical platform. He leads product, engineering, and AI research simultaneously, driven by one belief: expert-level diagnostic tools should be accessible to every clinician, regardless of where they practise. He is the person you are actually talking to when you reach out to Xorvia.

No. Xorvia is strictly an assistive diagnostic tool. It is designed to empower healthcare professionals, reduce cognitive load during high-volume shifts, and surface second opinions instantly. It does not replace clinical judgment — it sharpens it.
We process all images entirely in-memory and do not retain data after the analysis is returned. Privacy is built into the architecture, not bolted on afterwards.
FHIR / HL7 integration is on our roadmap. If you are a hospital or clinic interested in early integration, we would love to hear from you.
We currently cover skin lesion classification, skin lesion segmentation, chest X-ray classification, eye fundus photo classification, and AI-driven diet planning.
We are actively seeking clinicians willing to review and validate our models, as well as hospital partners for pilot programmes. Reach out directly via the contact email on this page.
Xorvia is an assistive tool designed exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals. It does not replace professional medical judgment. All AI-generated analyses must be reviewed and verified by a qualified physician before any clinical decision-making. Xorvia is not a medical device and does not carry regulatory approval at this stage.
