Before a mission starts you pick its scope from 1 to 5: a quick scope-1 mission uses about 1% of Starter's month, and a bigger scope uses more. Every mission shows what it used.

Throughput and model access. Starter covers around 100 quick missions a month, 5 running at once, on the Low + Mid model tiers. Scale gives you 3.4× Starter's usage at about 10% less per mission, 25 concurrent missions, 50 sub-agents each, and unlocks the High tier so heavy work routes to stronger models. Most teams outgrow Starter the moment a second person starts launching missions.

New AI work pauses until your allowance resets on your billing day, or you upgrade — the higher allowance applies straight away. Your live usage and reset date are always on the Billing page.

Starter agents run on the Low and Mid quality tiers, which handle most research, monitoring and writing efficiently. Scale unlocks the High tier, so heavy workloads — code operations, investor-grade analysis — route to the strongest models. Pay as you go can use every tier, and each call is billed by what that model actually costs.

No. Every AI call runs on Xorviex’s own account and is counted against your plan’s monthly usage — there is no key to bring or manage.

The Self-Healing Engine fingerprints every agent failure into a deduplicated incident. On Starter it alerts you and retries environmental failures automatically. Active mode adds automatic remediation — the agent is re-run under a corrected plan and its output re-audited by the Supervisor. Human Gate adds a mandatory approval step before any remediation touches a production system.

Never. All mission data, memory profiles, and agent outputs are isolated per workspace. Your data is not used to train Xorviex models or any third-party foundation models.

You load credit first — any amount from $10, with no upper limit — and your agents spend it as they work, at about $1 per quick mission. There is no monthly fee and credit never expires. When it runs out, new work pauses until you add more. On a monthly plan, credit you load is used after that month's allowance runs out.
