What we hold from Meta

When you connect Meta Ads, Xorviex asks Meta for one read-only permission, ads_read, which lets an agent read your ad accounts, campaigns and ad performance. It cannot create, change or pause an ad. What we store:

• →Your Meta user ID and name, so the Integrations page can show which account is connected
• →An access token, encrypted at rest, and the date it expires
• →Which permissions you granted

Ad performance figures are read from Meta when an agent needs them for a mission you ran, and they appear in that mission's results in your workspace. We do not keep a separate copy of your ad account, and we do not sell or share this data.

1. Disconnect Meta Ads in Xorviex

The fastest way, and it takes effect immediately. You need to be an admin of the workspace.

1. 1Sign in to Xorviex and open Integrations.
2. 2Find the Meta Ads card and choose Disconnect, then confirm.

Xorviex asks Meta to revoke its access and erases the stored token, your Meta user ID and name, and the granted permissions. Agents can no longer read your ads. Results of past missions that already contain ad figures stay in your workspace until you delete those missions (see option 3).

2. Remove Xorviex in Facebook

You can also withdraw access from the Meta side, without signing in to Xorviex.

1. 1In Facebook, open Settings and find Apps and Websites (shown as Business Integrations on some accounts).
2. 2Find xorviex in the list and choose Remove.

Meta then revokes the token, so it stops working at once. Our stored copy of it is useless from then on, but it stays in our database until it is erased. To erase it too, disconnect Meta Ads in Xorviex (option 1) or send us a request (option 3).

3. Ask us to delete your data

To have your account and everything in it deleted, email us from the address on your Xorviex account:

Say which account to delete and whether you want only the Meta data removed or everything. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We reply within 30 days. Your account data is then purged within 30 days of the deletion, and what remains in backups is gone within 90 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you own a workspace you can delete it yourself in the danger zone of Settings: that deletes the workspace's missions and their results, its files, and its connections, Meta Ads included.

What we may keep

• →Billing records, for 7 years where financial regulations require it
• →Server logs, for 90 days, for security and debugging
• →Backups, until they expire within 90 days
